First letter from the mtc!

MOM!!!!!,
sorry i didn't know that my p day would be on tuesday, but ill be emailing for the next 6 weeks on tuesdays between 9 and 10 30ish in the mornings.

its great to hear that you guys are doing so well and are having so much fun! i wish i could be there with you but i know this is were im supposed to be and this is what i need to be doing. i can recieve packages here so send em on over! my gopro battery died on the first day so if you could send the new battery that gopro is sending, that would be great! ill send you all the pictures of everything next tuesday.

(This week I had a friend ask what the most important thing we did to get Brody prepared for his mission was, so here's the answer)

thats a tough question to answer, but the most important thing was the expectation and knowing that i would be doing a great work for the lord, the people wherever i served, and for myself also. its all thanks to the way you guys raised and taught me.

the mtc is way cool. we are always busy in a meeting, studying the language, praying, or sitting on the toilet haha. the probiotics have helped a ton though so thank you for sending those with me!! i love my district. all the guys and the two girls are so awesome. my comps name is elder jones and hes from blanding utah. we get along really great. i met one elder from mesa and we hit it off immediatly. we both like all the same things, and he is way cool and knows a lot about the language and the gospel. his name is elder giguire and hes probably one of my favorite elders.

so i broke out the one piece garments last night and they were a hit. another elder cardon has a pair too so we wore em all night and everyone was super jealous haha. well i love it here, its great being around so many people with the same standards and the same desires. its a good change from school and from all the every day crap. im having a blast here and loving every second of it!!

i love you guys, thanks for all you do!! talk to you next tuesday.

love,

Elder Pacheco
