"miracles of general conference"

conference was so awesome, i feel like it was just what we all needed right? i know that these men are inspired men who are called of god to do his work and lead us in the church today. one of the best parts is that we had one of our investigators and her less active boyfriend who is coming back to the church attend 4 of the 5 sessions and now she told us that she wants to get baptized and married! miracles of general conference. 

i loved this weekend and am super bummed that its over already, but now is the time to put all the things we learned in practice and be better every day. like i said, the men and women that spoke to us are ordained inspired servants of god who know what we need and who know what the will of god is. we will all be better off to just simply follow them. 

bad news about hector... he is losing desires to be baptized and we cant find or teach him very often now. i dont think he is going to get baptized in the next coming days or weeks, but i hope that he can remember one day that this is the true church. its sad, but i know that its all part of gods plan. 

i love conference, i love the talks we heard, and i love the apostles and authorities that spoke to us. i always feel more motivated to go out and work and share what we learn with everyone after conference weekend, and i challenge you to do the same. find someone that can feel the spirit from reading a conference talk and share with them why you liked that talk. i know the church is true. there is no doubt in my mind about that.

i regret not paying better attention in earlier general conferences, and i regret not heeding the words of the prophets better. lets all start today to treasure up their words and teachings and follow them with better determination. love you guys, hope you all enjoyed conference and i cant wait to talk to you next week!
