"all i really want for christmas is a baptism"

hey guys!!!!
hope you guys had a great turkey day!! sounded like a blast. i wrote a letter that should get to you just before christmas. i sent it last monday, so let me know when you get it. love you mom.

this week i only had three days to work in my sector and only one full day to work with elder ralda because he had so much stuff to do before he left. i was on splits with the other two elders that i live with, elder figgini and elder espinoza. since i wasnt in my own sector very much, nothing changed from last week, but elder ralda and i had our planing session on sunday and are planning on having 12 people to invite (or reinvite) to baptism for the 27th of diciembre. im hoping and praying for these people to be ready for this date. i have decided that all i really want for christmas is a baptism. i know that through my obedience, diligence, and prayers that anything is possible so i am going to work extra hard to bring these people unto christ and to make their own sacred covenants and be baptized.

on saturday we figured out the changes for the next 6 weeks! as you knew already elder ralda is going home, so im getting a new comp named elder munoz. hes from texas, and is half mexican, half gringo. he speaks perfect english and spanish and has been out in the field for 18 months and will be our new district leader. when i get elder munoz, ill have had 3 different comps in 4 months, and all three of my comps have been district leaders and latinos, kinda funny but it has been such a blessing to have such great trainers and to have learned so much from each of them. now that im officialy done with my training, elder munoz and i will be co comps, and im no longer a greeny!!!!!!

im looking forward to meeting elder munoz and im ready to go to work with him. elder ralda left last night at 7. and it was actually kind of hard to say bye to him. i learned a lot from him and we had a lot of good funny times (and hard times with our investigators) and i learned so much from him. it was tough to say bye, but he was ready to go, he served his time and a little extra and he was a great example to me. i learned a lot from him since he has been a DL, ZL, assistant to the pres, and just about every other calling one can have while in the mission.

i got to go on splits with elder benavides this week, so that was way cool! we worked for a few hours in rancagua, in the ghetto city blocks, in the pouring, freezing cold rain, and we were soaked the entire time but it was a blast getting to hang out with and work with elder b. every time i get to see him, we just smile the whole time and have a blast together. i hope one day ill get to be his comp, we would baptize everyone we met. one day, it will happen.

hey if you guys are planning on sending a package, could you send my go pro stuff that is in my box of stuff at home? i need the case and all the other parts that are in the box of my go pro stuff por favor :) i would also appreciate kit kats and eggnog from america, (i cant find eggnog anywhere down here, and it just wont be a real navidad sin ponche de huevo) if you are planning on sending a x mas package, but dont feel like you have to, its only x mas, no biggie ha. if you could send me the holloways email, brother filleys email, olsens email, and logan and hunter walkers emails, that would be super great!
