hey guys,
this
week was a good one here in san francisco with my little peruvian comp,
elder benavente and my roomates elder salas who was one of my old comps
a year ago and a new kid, elder davis. we had some prety good success
in the sector, we found 4 new people and 3 have baptismal dates for the
28th of may, one investigator came to church eith his little daughter
and we have been teaching another investigator named hugo with his wife
who is an active member. our investigators just need to come to churhc
or get married, those are the only 2 big difficulties right now. in all
we have about 7 really good investigators that could get baptized in the
next few months if they act on what we teach them. pray for us and them
so that they can get baptized soon!
during the
week it was elder davis 19th birthday so we decided to buy a bunch of
chilean food (sopapillas and mate) bought some coconuts and a pineapple
to take mate out of and we went to mcdonalds and had a mcflurry to top
it all off. ill send pictures of it all.
thats
so cool that you finally got to meet the marshall fam. im sure they are
awesome and i cant
believe they are going to live so close, im so stoked to meet them all
soon. about CGCC, what classes are his parent signing him up for? if
they are good classes ill do it with elder marshall while we wait for
brax to get home.
the work is going good in
the sector, i have a good zone here in rancagua and the house and
roomates i have are good too. i have been struggling a little bit with
my comp which is why i haven't written much about him but we are trying
to make things work out better between us. my comp is the skinny one in
the background and the one that im taking mate with is elder salas, my
good buddy who is going to take us around santiago when you (mom and dad)
come here. i hope you guys all have a great week and i cant wait to see
you guys on skype in a few more days! love you all,
love,
elder pacheco
